Xavier is a Silicon Valley serial entrepreneur who has founded several successful startups including Fireclick (acquired by Digital River), Wambo, and Liveclicker (acquired by Campaign Monitor). He holds a masters from Stanford University and a bachelors from Ecole Polytechnique.
Dan is a dynamic leader with over two decades of experience in scaling go-to-market organizations. He has led cross-functional teams at Postmates, Yahoo, BrightRoll, VeriSign, and VuMedi. Dan holds a bachelors degree in Business from the Haas School at UC Berkeley.
Stanley brings over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance with large multinational public technology companies including Skillz, Rimini Street, and Lattice Semiconductor. He is an expert in IPO and post stabilization and growth, M&A Accounting and Reporting, Big 4 experience (PwC), as well as SEC and Statutory Financial Reporting. He is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Nairobi.
Bill has led Presto’s software and system development efforts for the past 10 years. He worked on P2P protocols and wireless WAN at Microsoft. He holds a masters degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Susan has headed legal teams or was division counsel at Edmodo (HKG: 0777), Sirius XM (NASQ: Siri), and Gracenote (NYSE: NLSN). Her expertise is in technology and AI. Previous to in-house, she worked for Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP and Steptoe & Johnson, LLP. Susan holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Presto’s board of directors includes former senior executives from the hospitality industry as well as financial experts. They provide strategic guidance to the leadership team while ensuring corporate oversight.
Krishna is a technology founder and investor. He was the first investor in Presto - through his venture capital firm Remus Capital - while an undergrad at MIT and is now its largest shareholder. He has helped build more than 10 applied AI companies over the past decade, focused on partnering with visionary rebels rewiring entire industries. He is also Chairman-elect of Allurion Technologies, soon to be public on the NYSE. He received his bachelor's degrees in engineering and management from MIT.
Mr. Kravcik focuses on identifying food and beverage concepts and supports the accelerated growth of these businesses and the people behind them through Cleveland Avenue’s Investment Fund, Incubator Facility and Acceleration Services. He began his career at Ernst & Young and spent 16 years at McDonald’s, where he held four progressive executive management positions.
Mr. Raskin has extensive experience guiding high-growth technology, software, and services companies across various industries. He serves as CEO of Worldly and previously served on the board of directors as chair for MariaDB and as chair of the board for Neology, Inc. Mr. Raskin also served on the boards of CRS, Cision, and Quotient Technology. He is a graduate of the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas, Austin.
Ms. Zauder has advised CEOs, boards and entrepreneurs on consequential decisions including M&A transactions, capital raising, brand and strategic development, financial planning, crisis management and investor relations for over 35 years. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Yale School of Management.
Mr. Scheetz is an experienced Chief Executive Officer skilled in food & beverage, hospitality and hotel management, due diligence, and contract negotiation and has taken several companies IPO. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Princeton University.
Mr. Golubovich is the founding and managing partner of I2BF Global Ventures, an international venture capital group focused on early stage technology investments with over $500 million under management. He holds a Management Science and Engineering degree from Stanford University.
