Gee is a globally recognized expert in the hospitality and travel industries, specifically focusing on consumer behavior and economics. He is a Senior Managing Director at the global advisory firm Teneo, where he leads their work in Travel, Leisure, and Hospitality. He supports global chains, franchises, and governments on consumer trends and macroeconomic risk, often working directly for the CEO or board of multi-billion-dollar organizations. Gee has extensive experience with Presto, having worked with the board and management since 2023, and has strong relationships with Presto's principal investors and debt holders. He holds an MA (Hons) in Philosophy, Psychology, and Physiology from the University of Oxford.
Kat is an operational strategist with a talent for building strong customer relationships and scaling new deployments. Her 20+ years of hospitality experience includes strategic leadership roles at Old Chicago, Rock Bottom Brewery, Gordon Biersch, and Longhorn Steakhouse (NYSE: DRI). Kat holds an MS degree from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a BS degree from High Point University.
David is a specialist in advising technology and software businesses on a range of topics, including pricing, packaging, commercial model design, and has extensive experience in strategy implementation. He is a Senior Associate at the global advisory firm Teneo, where he works across the Technology & Software and Travel, Leisure, and Hospitality practices. David holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Bristol.
Lillian brings two decades of financial leadership experience to her role as Chief Financial Officer. With a strong background in M&A, strategy, and business transformations, Lillian has a proven track record of driving financial and operational excellence while creating shareholder value. Prior to joining Presto, she held senior leadership roles at Catalyte, Bluescape Energy Partners, and TXU Corp. Lillian is a CFA charterholder and holds an MS in Law from Northwestern University, as well as an MBA and a Master’s in Accounting from Tulane University.
Bill has led Presto’s software and system development efforts since 2011. He worked on P2P protocols and wireless WAN at Microsoft. He holds a masters degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Susan has headed legal teams or was division counsel at Edmodo (HKG: 0777), Sirius XM (NASQ: Siri), and Gracenote (NYSE: NLSN). Her expertise is in technology and AI. Previous to in-house, she worked for Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP and Steptoe & Johnson, LLP. Susan holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Presto’s board of directors includes former senior executives from the hospitality industry as well as financial experts. They provide strategic guidance to the leadership team while ensuring corporate oversight.
Mr. Scheetz is an experienced Chief Executive Officer skilled in food & beverage, hospitality and hotel management, due diligence, and contract negotiation and has taken several companies IPO. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Princeton University.
Mr. Cassis was the Chief Product Officer of Rain Financial, a regulated Crypto exchange in the Middle East. Prior to that, he held a series of product and commercial roles across a number of companies, including Monzo and Facebook (Meta). He is an active angel investor, focusing primarily on fintech, AI, and mobility sectors, including being one of the first investors in Presto. Mr. Cassis holds a BSc in Management from MIT and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Krishna is a technology founder and investor. He was the first investor in Presto - through his venture capital firm Remus Capital - while an undergrad at MIT and is now its largest shareholder. He has helped build more than 10 applied AI companies over the past decade, focused on partnering with visionary rebels rewiring entire industries. He is also Chairman-elect of Allurion Technologies, soon to be public on the NYSE. He received his bachelor's degrees in engineering and management from MIT.
Mr. Kravcik focuses on identifying food and beverage concepts and supports the accelerated growth of these businesses and the people behind them through Cleveland Avenue’s Investment Fund, Incubator Facility and Acceleration Services. He began his career at Ernst & Young and spent 16 years at McDonald’s, where he held four progressive executive management positions.
Mr. MacDonald is a Managing Director at Erithmitic with over 10 years of commercial real estate equity and debt transaction experience. He is also the founder of Cottage Avenue, a hospitality-focused investment company, and the co-founder/CFO of Ventoux Acquisition. Mr. MacDonald previously worked as Vice President of Capital Strategy and Wellness Development at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. He is a graduate of the University of Denver and holds a Master's in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
Ms. Zauder has advised CEOs, boards and entrepreneurs on consequential decisions including M&A transactions, capital raising, brand and strategic development, financial planning, crisis management and investor relations for over 35 years. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Yale School of Management.
